Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted plant performance.
Champion process safety and operational excellence.
Lead emergency response activities during plant incidents.
Coach, mentor, and develop operations personnel.
Coordinate closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Requirements
✔ 20+ years of Operations/Maintenance experience in the oil & gas industry.
✔ At least 10 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
✔ Experience in Gas Processing Plants (GPP), LNG, Ammonia, or similar gas plants.
✔ Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM), emergency response, plant operations, and troubleshooting.
✔ Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
✔ Experience with SAP, MAPCON, or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
