Job Description
Our client is a leading health technology company focused on improving access to quality healthcare across Africa by digitizing and strengthening pharmaceutical supply chains.

They are seeking to hire a goal-oriented Sales Associate who will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will support lead generation, account management, and customer success while promoting the company's healthcare solutions across Ogun State.

Job Responsibilities
• Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets by implementing the company's sales process.

• Identify, prospect, and convert new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

• Manage both inbound and outbound sales activities.

• Ensure successful onboarding and adoption of Our client's services by new clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.

• Analyze sales data and market trends to support business strategy and decision-making.

• Support lead generation initiatives and business development activities.

• Plan and participate in customer education sessions, sales events, and marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and support product development.

• Develop new sales channels and contribute to account growth strategies.

• Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the National Sales Manager.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Financial Services, or B2B sales.

• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Experience in both sales and marketing is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Strong organizational and data management abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Passion for improving healthcare delivery and access to quality medicines in Nigeria.
