Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and business opportunities, and provide insights that inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey and post-sale engagement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their needs and recommending suitable real estate solutions that align with their investment or lifestyle objectives.
• Manage and track leads, client interactions, and sales activities using the Company's CRM system, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-up.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth objectives.
• Represent the Company at networking events, exhibitions, industry conferences, and business engagements to expand market presence and build strategic relationships
• Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, market intelligence updates, and pipeline forecasts to support management decision-making.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and performance objectives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives that generate leads and drive revenue growth
• Excellent networking, relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
