Job Summary
• Our client is seeking an experienced Head, Brands & Marketing to lead the organization's brand strategy, marketing communications, digital engagement, and public relations initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth while leading a high-performing marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies to strengthen market presence.
• Lead brand communications, digital marketing, public relations, and corporate communications.
• Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Oversee social media, website, content marketing, and digital engagement initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and brand performance.
• Plan and execute product launches, events, and media campaigns.
• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team while ensuring delivery of business objectives.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional Marketing/Communications certification is an added advantage.
• 5–7 years' experience in Brand Management or Marketing, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, public relations, and campaign management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
