Job Overview:
A premier Chinese Restaurant in Lekki is looking for a creative, energetic and results-driven Marketing & Brand Executive to help grow our brand, increase weekday customer traffic, and position us as one of Lagos' leading dining and event destinations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into measurable business results.
Requirements:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase weekday restaurant traffic.
• Plan and coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Organize promotional activities and customer engagement events.
• Build relationships with nearby businesses, estates, schools, churches, hotels, and corporate organizations.
• Coordinate flyer distribution and other grassroots marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with the Social Media Manager, Videographer and Graphic Designer to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities that increase brand visibility.
• Plan seasonal campaigns, special promotions and customer loyalty initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and submit regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Research competitors and identify new opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, brand management or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to think creatively while remaining focused on business objectives.
• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Candidates living within or close to Lekki, Ajah, Chevron, Sangotedo, Victoria Island or surrounding areas will have an added advantage.
