Senior Nurse

Key Responsibilities



• Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred nursing care.

• Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff.

• Monitor patients’ conditions and respond appropriately to clinical changes.

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with infection prevention, quality, and patient safety standards.



Requirements



• Registered Nurse RN with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria NMCN practising licence.

• Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification clinical experience in a reputable healthcare facility.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Additional certifications e.g., BLS, ACLS will be an added advantage.
