We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labour laws.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including the job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Oversee employee relations and resolve any conflicts in a timely and effective manner
• Administer employee benefits, including enrollments and changes, and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Maintain HR-related policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs, and provide guidance and support to managers on performance management processes
• Foster a positive work environment and culture that supports the company's mission and values
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or HND degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR management
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including experience with employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll processes
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
