Human Resources Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦800,000
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and drive key HR initiatives across our organization.
Requirements:
Proven HR experience within the FMCG, Retail, QSR, Hospitality, Logistics, or Manufacturing sectors
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Sound understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
Ability to drive organizational effectiveness and people-focused initiatives
Pay: ₦500,000.00 - ₦800,000.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
