Acorns BPO Nigeria is currently seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resources and Admin Assistant. This role is essential in supporting our daily operations and ensuring a smooth experience for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage employee records and maintain confidential personnel files.

Assist with the recruitment process including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.

Support onboarding activities for new hires.

Manage office administrative tasks such as answering calls, handling correspondence, and organizing files.

Assist in coordinating office events and meetings.

Support the management team with special projects and administrative reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in an administrative or human resources role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
