Buds & Todds A family lifestyle brand dedicated to celebrating childhood, parenting, family experiences, education, and storytelling through meaningful visual and community-driven experiences. ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and execution-driven professional to join our team as a Creative Operations & Brand Marketing Associate. This role sits at the intersection of creative execution, brand marketing, communications, production support, and operational coordination. You will help ensure that ideas move efficiently from planning to execution by supporting campaigns, productions, content, workflows, and day-to-day creative operations across both brands.
This is not a graphic design role. It is not a social media manager role. It is a role for someone who enjoys creating structure, coordinating moving parts, solving problems, supporting teams, and helping great creative work happen.
You will work closely with the Founder, Operations, photographers, videographers, designers, editors, and other collaborators across multiple projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Marketing & Communications
Support the execution of marketing and communication campaigns.
Assist in developing and refining brand messaging.
Write captions, marketing copy, communication materials, and campaign support content.
Coordinate campaign execution across multiple platforms.
Ensure consistency in brand communication.
Content
Planning & Execution
Support content planning and scheduling.
Coordinate publishing activities across digital platforms.
Assist in executing content calendars.
Monitor content rollout and delivery.
Ensure content aligns with campaign objectives.
Creative
Research & Content Curation
Conduct research into creative trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Curate photographs, videos, references, moodboards, and creative inspiration.
Organise creative assets for campaigns and productions.
Support concept development through research and content sourcing. Production & Client Execution Support
Assist in planning and coordinating photography and video productions.
Support shoot logistics and production preparation.
Coordinate communication between creative teams.
Organise production files and client deliverables.
Support quality control before project delivery. Editing & Post-Production Support
Assist with basic editing of short-form content where required.
Organise footage and production assets.
Support review and feedback cycles.
Maintain structured digital asset libraries.
Creative
Operations
Track projects and assigned deliverables.
Maintain workflow documentation.
Coordinate creative timelines.
Support internal communication across projects.
Ensure tasks move efficiently from assignment to completion.

We're looking for someone with:
2–3 years of practical experience in brand marketing, communications, creative operations, content execution, production coordination, or related roles.
A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, English, Creative Arts, Media, Business, or related disciplines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
Working knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Notion, Trello, ClickUp, or similar productivity and c
