Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for petroleum engineering activities across exploration and production operations.
• Conduct reservoir performance analysis and recommend strategies to optimize hydrocarbon recovery.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate drilling, completion, and production activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance operational efficiency and asset performance.
• Perform production forecasting, reserves estimation, and economic evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Prepare technical reports and provide engineering recommendations to management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• A postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.
• Relevant professional certification and membership of recognized professional bodies will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in petroleum engineering within the oil and gas industry.
• Sound knowledge of reservoir engineering, drilling, production operations, and petroleum economics.
• Proficiency in relevant petroleum engineering software and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
