About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented Sales Merchandiser to join our team in Abuja. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product growth by building strong relationships with retail outlets and ensuring our products are optimally displayed and managed.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Growth: Actively market and promote our product range to various retail outlets across Abuja.

Merchandising: Manage stock levels, ensure premium shelf placement, and execute product rotation to maintain product freshness and visibility.

Operational Excellence: Coordinate efficient product deliveries and ensure timely payment collection from retail partners.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a marketing or sales-focused role.

Strong ability to build, maintain, and manage professional retail relationships.

A proactive mindset with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.

Additional Information:

Performance Incentive: 1.5% monthly bonus on sales
