Hiring: Customer Advocate (Inbound Sales Focus) - 100% Remote

Your Role: Advocate & Seller

• Communicate with shoppers via chat, email, and phone to provide product recommendations and bundles.

• Drive sales through expert knowledge of the brand’s identity and product line.

• Handle returns and tracking inquiries while looking for opportunities to save the sale.
Ensure each interaction reflects the brand's tone, voice, and service standards.


Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of remote customer support experience with an emphasis on sales/upselling.

• Internet: Must have 25 Mbps Download / 25 Mbps Upload (minimum).

• PC: Intel i5 processor or higher is required.
Soft Skills: Exceptional empathy, patience, and a natural ability to persuade.
