Regional Sales, Business Development & Partnership Manager

Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Base Salary: ₦250,000 _ 300,000/month

Benefits: Weekly data allowance, Weekly transportation allowance, 5% commission on every revenue generated.

Base Offices / Office to be based /Coverage:

• North West – Kaduna Office (Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, Zamfara)

• North East – Bauchi or Adamawa Office (Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, Taraba, Yobe)

• North Central – Jos Office (Benue, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau, FCT)

• South West – Lagos Office or Agbara, Ogun Office (Ekiti, Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Oyo)

• South East – Onitsha or Awka Office (Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo)

• South South – Port Harcourt Office (Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Rivers)

Responsibilities:

• Manage Business Development Executives.

• Onboard and manage aggregators, agents and top merchants.

• Build partnerships with government institutions and key businesses.

• Drive revenue growth and achieve targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.

• 3–5 years' experience in Sales, Business Development or Partnerships within a FinTech company.

• Strong knowledge of POS, payment solutions, agency banking and merchant acquisition.

• NYSC discharge or exemption certificate is mandatory.

• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver revenue targets.

Sales, Business Development & Partnership Manager

Base Salary: ₦170,000- 200,000 /month

Benefits: Weekly data allowance, Weekly transportation allowance, 5% commission on every revenue generated.

Locations:

Lagos Mainland, Lagos Island, Ibadan, Ilorin, Onitsha, Enugu, Aba, Calabar, Benin, Kano and Abuja.

Responsibilities:

. Must have a fintech relative experience

• Onboard and manage aggregators, agents and top merchants.

• Build relationships with government institutions and key businesses.

• Drive sales of POS, ATM Card, B2B Virtual Account, Fund Transfer & Payout, Web Collection Gateway and International Remittance solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.

• 3–7years' experience in Sales/Business Development within a FinTech company.

• NYSC discharge or exemption certificate required.

• Experience acquiring merchants, agents and partners.

• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
