Key Responsibilities Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis. Support the preparation of financial reports and statements under supervision. Maintain accurate and organized financial records, both digital and physical. Assist with data entry for various financial transactions. Help in the preparation of invoices and expense reports. Collaborate with team members on accounting projects and tasks. Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes. Respond to basic accounting queries from internal departments. Uphold company policies and accounting best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with accounting software is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills.
