Key Responsibilities

Human Resources & Personal Assistant
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support performance management and staff development initiatives.
• Administer employee leave, attendance, and welfare.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
• Foster positive employee relations and workplace culture.
• Provide executive support to senior management.
• Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate internal and external communications.
• Track assigned tasks and follow up on key deliverables.
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Secretarial Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in HR, Executive Assistance, or Administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HR software is an added advantage.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, etc.) is an added advantage.
