Minimum of 5 years proven experience managing or overseeing a retail station network.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of retail fuel station operations, sales, and marketing.Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new retail business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.
• Good understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Willingness to travel frequently across assigned territories.Valid driver's licence is an added advantage.
