Plan, schedule, and publish social media posts, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging. Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities for engagement. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive community interaction. Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve specific marketing goals. Analyze social media performance metrics, track key indicators (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions), and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content. Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, recommending new strategies as appropriate. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing with a strong focus on social platforms. Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies for brands. Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms. Experience in creating engaging content, including text, image, and video formats. Understanding of social media advertising and campaign optimization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
