We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Team Manager to join our team immediately.
Location: Remote
Salary: ₦50,000/month (Fixed) + Commission on your personal sales
Job Responsibilities
• Train and onboard a team of 10 sales associates immediately.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Monitor daily sales activities and track team performance.
• Provide guidance, answer questions, and support the sales associates.
• Create sales scripts, promotional messages, and other marketing materials for the team.
• Ensure every sales associate has the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Submit regular performance reports directly to management.
• Personally market and sell our products to earn additional commissions.
Requirements
• Previous experience in sales, sales management, or team leadership.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and results-driven.
• Ability to work remotely with a smartphone or laptop and reliable internet access.
