• We are seeking experienced, proactive, and results-oriented professionals to join our team as Project Managers & Coordinators.
• This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills who can effectively oversee operations, foster strategic relationships, and ensure successful project delivery across our mining locations.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients, host communities, government agencies, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including procurement coordination, contract administration, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain excellent customer relationship management (CRM) by ensuring prompt issue resolution and service excellence.
• Coordinate internal and external correspondence, reports, project documentation, and official communications.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement meetings and maintain effective communication with all project partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and project outcomes.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and provide management with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Geology, Mining, or any related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management, operations, mining, construction, or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven experience in vendor and supplier management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external correspondence professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
• Proximity and willingness to reside and work in any of the advertised locations will also be considered.
