Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company’s technology-driven business goals.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and retention of high-caliber technical and non-technical talent.

• Oversee performance management systems, employee development plans, and succession planning to ensure continuous workforce readiness.

• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and international HR standards, including data privacy and equal employment opportunity regulations.

• Design and deliver training and development programs tailored to the evolving needs of a technology workforce.

• Manage employee relations, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture across diverse teams.

• Collaborate with leadership to interpret workforce data and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

• Support global HR initiatives, including cross-border talent mobility, expatriate management, and international compensation structures.

• Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate, real-time personnel data and reporting.

• Act as a change agent during organizational transformations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly preferred.

• 4–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a technology or tech-enabled industry.

• Proven expertise in global human resources management, including international labor compliance and cross-cultural workforce strategies.

• Strong understanding of employment law, employee relations, and labor dispute resolution in Nigeria and relevant international jurisdictions.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR projects, from recruitment to offboarding, with a focus on efficiency and employee experience.

• Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors) and advanced Microsoft Excel/Power BI for reporting and analytics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate workforce needs and align HR initiatives with long-term business objectives.

• Experience in designing and delivering leadership development, diversity & inclusion, and change management programs.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment, training, or team engagement purposes.
