Role Overview

Are you a sharp digital marketer who loves driving online growth but isn’t afraid to step out of the office to close a deal face-to-face? Can you run a high-converting Meta ads campaign, script a viral TikTok hook, and then comfortably walk into a corporate headquarters in VI for a cold pitch? If so, you are exactly who we are looking for.
We are seeking a Digital Marketing & B2B Growth Specialist. This role is designed for a modern growth marketer who possesses the rare blend of digital expertise and offline sales grit. While your primary engine for visibility will be social media and performance marketing, you will actively accelerate our B2B growth by taking the brand directly to corporate clients through cold visits, physical networking, and high-impact, one-on-one meetings.

Key Responsibilities1. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

• Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn to drive qualified B2C and B2B leads.

• Funnel Optimization: Design and monitor digital marketing funnels aimed at converting online traffic into recurring meal plan subscribers and corporate partners.

• Data Analysis: Track key performance indicators daily to ensure marketing spend is optimized and generating a high return on investment.

2. Social Media & Content Strategy

• Aesthetic Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit highly engaging short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) highlighting our premium meals, behind-the-scenes kitchen hygiene, and corporate culture.

• Brand Voice & Community: Manage MetroEats’ organic presence across all platforms, writing compelling, high-converting copy and actively engaging with followers to turn online interactions into sales.

• Trend Capturing: Stay ahead of local pop-culture moments and viral digital trends to position MetroEats at the center of the Lagos food conversation.

3. Field Sales, Cold Outreach & Physical Meets

• Cold Visits & Field Hustle: Map out corporate hubs across Lagos (Lekki, Ikoyi, V.I.) and execute targeted, physical walk-ins and cold visits to pitch corporate lunch plans to HR managers and admin leads.

• One-on-One Pitching: Secure and lead physical, face-to-face meetings with corporate decision-makers, presenting tailored catering and subscription proposals.

• Food Tastings & Activations: Organize and host physical food-tasting sessions at target corporate offices to convert high-value prospects into long-term clients.

• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for onboarded corporate accounts, conducting regular check-ins to ensure high retention and secure upsell opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• The Growth Marketer's Edge: 2–4 years of experience successfully managing social media and paid advertising campaigns, combined with a proven track record in direct, face-to-face sales.

• Ad Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and an understanding of how to use digital platforms to generate corporate leads.
