About the Role

Lifted Career Coaching Center is searching for a creative, data-driven, and highly skilled Digital Marketing & Media Officer to take absolute ownership of our external brand presence.

If you are a multi-talented creator who can design premium graphics, edit engaging short-form video reels, write compelling copy, and strategically turn social media attention into student enrollments, this role is for you. You will work directly with the Founder to build our digital footprint, fill our sales pipelines, and scale the academy’s multi-platform visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Multimedia Production: Design high-end social media graphics (carousels, flyers, stories) and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) from raw footage. AI Video creators will be highly considered.

• Content Creation & Copywriting: Develop and execute a consistent monthly content calendar. Write persuasive, brand-aligned captions and copy for LinkedIn, Instagram, and marketing campaigns.

• Platform Management: Fully manage and optimize our professional channels (primarily LinkedIn and Instagram), scheduling posts and maintaining a cohesive visual aesthetic.

• Audience Engagement & Nurturing: Monitor comments and direct messages daily. Promptly answer inquiries, engage with the community, and capture inbound student leads.

• Lead Generation & Growth: Implement organic marketing strategies to drive consistent awareness, build email/community lists, and directly funnel prospects into our training cohorts.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing professional graphic design and video editing skills (applications without a portfolio link will not be reviewed).

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience managing social media growth and creating digital content, preferably for tech, coaching, or service-based businesses.

• Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), and video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).

• Growth Mindset: A strong understanding of social media algorithms, digital marketing funnels, and organic lead generation.

• Work Setup: A reliable, high-speed internet connection, a laptop capable of seamless video rendering, and a secondary power supply (inverter/generator backup) to maintain uptime.

Employment Details & Compensation

• Type: Full-Time | Remote (Operating on WAT)

• Base Salary: ₦100,000 Monthly

• Allowances: ₦10,000 Monthly Data Support
