Role Overview

As a Project Management Instructor, you will shape the next generation of project leaders. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced professional who can translate complex project management methodologies (such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall) into practical, engaging, and hands-on lessons for eager learners.

Since our program is entirely online, you must be skilled at driving student engagement, fostering collaboration, and maintaining a high energy level in a virtual classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Delivery: Lead interactive, 2-hour online weekend sessions (Saturdays and Sundays) covering core project management frameworks, tools, and real-world applications.

• Practical Training: Shift the focus from pure theory to hands-on learning by guiding students through real-world case studies, project simulations, and industry-standard tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, or MS Project).

• Student Mentorship: Provide constructive feedback on assignments, capstone projects, and grading, while offering guidance on how to break into the professional project management space.

• Engagement & Performance Tracking: Monitor student attendance, participation, and progress throughout the 3-month timeline, ensuring no student is left behind.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of active experience working as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.

• Educational/Certification Background: A degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM, or Scrum Master (CSM) are highly desirable.

• Teaching/Facilitation Skills: Prior experience teaching, mentoring, or training adults—especially in an online/virtual environment—is a major plus.

• Technical Setup: Reliable, high-speed internet connectivity, a strong laptop/PC with a clear webcam, and a quiet background suitable for professional live streaming.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, patience, public speaking skills, and a genuine passion for human capacity development.
