This is a remote working opportunity to drive the engine behind our outsourced HR services. As HR Outsourcing Officer, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of outsourced clients, ensuring seamless execution of HR operations, from recruitment to employee management. Your Responsibilities
Client & Employee Management
• You will manage day-to-day HR activities for outsourced staff, acting as the point of contact for both clients and employees.
• You will support client onboarding, ensuring contracts, documentation, and processes are completed accurately and on time.
• You will maintain and update HR records for all outsourced employees, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.
Recruitment Coordination
• You will support outsourced recruitment activities, from posting jobs to scheduling interviews and managing client feedback.
• You will liaise with hiring managers to ensure smooth and timely hiring processes.
HR Operations & Compliance
• You will track leave, attendance, and disciplinary actions for outsourced staff.
• You will support in preparing and reviewing employee documents such as contracts, NDAs, and performance reviews.
• You will ensure compliance with labour laws and handle HR-related queries and escalations professionally.
Payroll & Benefits Support
• You will gather and verify monthly payroll inputs (attendance, deductions, bonuses) for outsourced employees.
• You will support the processing of payroll and ensure all statutory deductions and remittances are up to date.
Client Reporting & Engagement
• You will provide regular reports to clients on employee performance, compliance, and any HR-related concerns.
• You will support engagement initiatives that improve the experience of outsourced employees.
• You will drive growth by developing existing accounts and formulating strategies for new client acquisition across various verticals, markets, and industries.
To be considered, you should have...
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR operations, HR outsourcing, or recruitment services.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR compliance, and documentation, tax management and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Experience managing employee records, onboarding, payroll inputs, and recruitment coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with HRIS systems.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
