JOB SUMMARY

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or other financial and business disciplines; an MBA from a top-tier business school or and relevant professionalMin of 4 years as an Investment Banking Associate, or 6–8 years of total relevant financial experience.Advanced corporate finance knowledge, expert financial modelling (LBO, DCF, Accretion/Dilution), and deep sector-specific expertise.Professional certification in Finance, Accounting or Investments confers advantageStrong project management, high emotional intelligence for client management, and the ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.Deal Origination:Drive deal origination in M&A, Capital Markets, and advisory transactions, including opportunities in the public sectorLeverage strong collaboration with the Group Managing Director and BoardDeal Execution:Lead the day-to-day execution of complex transactionsOversee due diligence processes, preparation of marketing materials, and management of virtual data roomsGuide transaction structuring for corporate clients (mergers, acquisitions, divestitures)Coordinate debt and equity capital market activitiesClient Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate executives and investorsLead pitch meetings and present strategic deal ideasSupport clients in negotiations, including valuation, purchase agreements, and transaction termsTeam Leadership & Oversight:Ensure quality control of financial models, valuation analyses, and pitchbooksManage team workflow, assign responsibilities, and enforce strict deal timelinesMentor, coach, and conduct performance reviews for Analysts and AssociatesRevenue Growth & Strategy:Generate actionable insights from market trends, macroeconomic shifts, and sector developmentsDrive business development and new client revenue generation
