Job Summary



• We are seeking a highly organised, analytical, and results-driven Sales Operations Lead to support and optimise our commercial operations.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for sales pipeline management, CRM governance, commercial reporting, bid coordination, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

• This role requires a professional who can translate data into actionable insights, improve sales processes, enhance visibility across the sales funnel, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless commercial execution.



Key Responsibilities



• Manage and maintain the sales pipeline and CRM data integrity.

• Monitor sales performance, pipeline movement, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.

• Produce regular sales reports, dashboards, and forecasting insights.

• Coordinate proposal and bid submissions across multiple departments.

• Improve sales processes, reporting structures, and operational workflows.

• Support the adoption of AI-powered tools and automation to improve sales productivity.

• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams to drive commercial success.



Qualifications



• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Relevant certifications in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, Data Analytics, Project Management, or related fields will be an added advantage.



Requirements & Experience:



• Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, CRM Administration, Sales Enablement, Business Operations, Bid Management, or related roles.

• Demonstrated experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, CRM systems, commercial reporting, and performance tracking.

• Experience coordinating bids, proposals, tenders, and cross-functional commercial initiatives.

• Strong understanding of sales processes, revenue operations, pipeline management, and business reporting.

• Proven ability to analyse data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to management.

• Experience driving process improvement, operational efficiency, and commercial governance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365, CRM platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools.

• Experience within technology, professional services, HR services, recruitment, assessment, training, compliance, identity management, or enterprise solutions environments is an advantage.
