Job Description

We collaborate with other stakeholders to promote health and wellbeing for all by providing solutions aimed at to improving the lives of its customers, addressing determinants of health and bridging the equity gap, and is actively hiring for the role of Human Resources Assistant to be located at our FCT Abuja office.

Given the expansion of an increased workforce, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in daily operations.

The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support, assist in recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records, and contribute to initiatives that enhance staff welfare and engagement, and ensuring efficient workforce coordination.

The role will support recruitment, casual workforce management, employee relations, payroll coordination, and the implementation of HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to employees including manufacturing processes, while ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (internship experience acceptable).
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Awareness of data protection and confidentiality standards (GDPR/NDPR compliance).

This role will prevent inefficiencies, reduce compliance risks, and minimize operational disruptions that arise from managing HR functions remotely from the Head Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
