We are seeking to hire an HRO to support day-to-day human resource operations and partner with management in driving effective people practices. The role requires a hands-on HR Generalist with experience supporting workforce management, employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration within a structured work environment.Key RequirementsB.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an in-house HR professional, preferably in the manufacturing sector.Core HR generalist experience is required.HR certification is an added advantage.Good understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and HR documentation.Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.Manage employee records and ensure proper HR documentation and compliance.Support performance management, disciplinary processes, and employee relations matters.Coordinate HR operations including attendance management, leave tracking, and staff communication.Partner with line managers to support workforce planning and people-related initiatives.Assist with payroll input preparation and other HR administrative processes.Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data.
