Position :Human Resources (HR) Officer
Location:OPIC House, Ojudu Berger, Lagos Ibadan Express Way
Employment Type :Full-Time
• Work Schedule :Five (5)
• working days per week (Monday – Friday)
8am -5pm
• Salary: ₦300,000 gross per month
Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage the recruitment, interview, and onboarding process.
2.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
3.Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws.
4.Coordinate staff training and performance management.
5.Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally.
6.Manage attendance, leave, and disciplinary processes.
7.Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Requirements
1.Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
3.Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
4.Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as an HR Officer or Human Resources Manager.
5.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
6.Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
7.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
8.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
9.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
