Summary
• We are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources & Administration to lead its HR and administrative operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategy, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment, ensuring compliance, and supporting overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Oversee payroll, leave administration, and employee records.
• Supervise administrative functions and office operations.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labor laws.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
