Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, from job briefing to candidate onboarding.
• Develop and post job descriptions across recruitment platforms, including internal and external channels.
• Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates using modern recruitment tools and methodologies.
• Conduct HR interviews, coordinate technical interviews, and manage the overall candidate experience.
• Maintain a structured recruitment tracker and provide timely reports to hiring managers.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Performance Management
• Support the implementation of SycamoreNG’s performance management framework.
• Work closely with team leads and department heads to set KPIs and monitor performance cycles.
• Track performance documentation and follow up with managers to ensure timely reviews.
• Support performance calibration sessions and documentation of outcomes.
• Contribute to performance-related interventions such as PIPs Performance Improvement Plans.
• Analyze performance trends and prepare insights for decision-making.

HR Operations & Employee Experience
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and dashboard updates.
• Support the administration of trainings, learning sessions, and internal engagement programs
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across the organization.
• Provide first-level HR support to employees and escalate issues when needed.

Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with department leads to understand their hiring needs and performance expectations.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive smooth HR processes.
• Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and structured communication, leveraging consulting experience.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Relevant HR certification e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI is required.
• 3–4 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a consulting firm HR consulting preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and performance management processes.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or fintech environment is an added advantage..
