Job Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR and IR related functions, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Experience Level : Senior level
• Experience Length : 7 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Act as the primary point of contact for all employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures
• Lead recruitment and selection processes for all levels of the organisation, ensuring the identification and hiring of top talent
• Develop and implement performance management processes that align with business goals and objectives
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
• Ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations, including collective bargaining agreements where applicable
• Advise senior management on HR-related matters and participate in strategic decision-making processes
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of HR-related initiatives
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment
• Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
• 7 years of cognate experience
• Degree in a related field
