Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently. Administer employee benefits programs and provide support to employees regarding their benefits. Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions, in a fair and consistent manner. Support the performance management process, ensuring timely completion of appraisals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS. Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in **Nigeria**. Provide HR support and guidance to line managers and employees. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role. Solid understanding of HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, and onboarding. Familiarity with Nigerian labor laws. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
