SME Banking Officers

• We are looking for versatile and experienced credit and marketing officers.



Responsibilities


Your responsibilities will include the following:



• Relationship management - attract new customers and manage existing ones.

• Market loan products - you will be responsible for marketing customers for SME and micro loans.

• Deposit mobilsation - you will mobilise deposits

• Complaints management - you will resolve customers complaints.



Qualifications



• B.Sc/HND, higher degrees are an advantage

• Minimum of 5 years experience of marketing in a microfinance bank or other financial institutions.

• You will have experience in SME marketing, loan processing and deposit mobilisation.

• You typically have existing deposit and loan customers you can quickly leverage on upon your onboarding.
