Job Description
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, business ethics standards, and effective communication and implementation within the team.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives, drive revenue growth, and maintain profit accountability.
• Implement and enforce all applicable SOPs, pricing structures, and company policies across business transactions.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and ventures to support organizational growth.
• Manage daily sales operations by coordinating activities, sharing market intelligence, fostering teamwork, and driving high performance.
• Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and support project-based sales growth.
• Establish, expand, and manage dealer networks across assigned territories to increase market penetration and coverage.
• Execute sales activities in collaboration with Sales and Product Managers to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement, customer trials, and proactive account management.
• Support customer profiling initiatives to identify new business opportunities and promote appropriate product solutions.
• Manage and grow key accounts by coordinating internal resources to ensure timely resolution of customer needs and satisfaction.
• Continuously track projects and market developments to assess product potential and expand the customer base through market research.
• Develop comprehensive profiles of key accounts to uncover additional sales opportunities and strengthen customer engagement.
• Achieve assigned sales targets by product, region, and key account through effective sales planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Analyze market data and business intelligence to identify opportunities, address bottlenecks, and improve sales volume, market share, and profitability.
• Drive sustainable sales growth through continuous opportunity assessment, market analysis, and strategic business development.
• Prepare, recommend, and monitor sales budgets to ensure financial performance aligns with business objectives.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports in compliance with organizational standards, policies, and functional requirements.
• Perform additional duties and special assignments as directed by management.
Pay: ₦500,000.00 per month
