We are looking for a proactive and result oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team
Job Roles
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid and organic digital campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Content Creation: Shooting and editing of short reels video .Write compelling copy for websites, email newsletters, and social media channels.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
• Data Analytics: Track Return on Investment (ROI), conversion rates, and traffic using tools like Google Analytics.
• Market Research: Analyze consumer behavior and industry trends to adjust marketing strategies. Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, hashtags and content optimisation
• Technical Skills: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), email automation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Monitor website analytics using tools such as Google Analytics to assess traffic patterns and user behaviour.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design landing pages that enhance user experience and conversion rates.
• Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital landscape.
• Strong photography and video graphy skills using camera or smart phone
• Profiency in graphic design tools such as canvas , Adobe photoshop or illustrator
• Profiency in video editing software such as Adobe premier , Pro, Capcut , final cut pro or similar tools.
• Soft Skills: Data analysis, copywriting, creativity, and project management.
• Tools of the Trade: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and Semrush
Requirements • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or website management roles with a strong understanding of various e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in SEO techniques, SEM strategies, and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Understanding how to use CRM systems to manage customer data and interactions.
• Proven experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Facebook Business Manager.
Pay: ₦500,000.00 per month
