Job Purpose
To plan, execute, and optimize high-performing digital marketing campaigns using a combination of performance marketing, media buying, AI-powered content creation, marketing automation, and data analytics. The role is responsible for generating qualified leads, improving conversion rates, maximizing advertising ROI, and producing engaging AI-generated content, videos, and Reels that support business growth objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing & Media Buying
• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Conduct audience research, segmentation, targeting, and funnel development.
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize performance based on KPIs.
• Execute A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers.
• Monitor and improve key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, CAC, CVR, and ROI.
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve conversion rates.
AI Content Creation & Reels Production
• Create high-converting social media content using AI tools.
• Produce AI-generated videos, promotional content, educational videos, and product marketing assets.
• Create Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and Meta ad creatives.
• Develop scripts, storyboards, AI voiceovers, avatars, animations, subtitles, and motion graphics.
• Utilize tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, HeyGen, Synthesia, CapCut, and similar AI platforms.
• Continuously test and optimize creative performance to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Marketing Automation
• Build and manage marketing automation workflows.
• Automate lead capture, lead nurturing, email sequences, and customer follow-up processes.
• Integrate CRM, advertising platforms, and analytics tools into unified workflows.
• Implement chatbot and DM automation systems for lead qualification and customer engagement.
Brand & Content Management
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Manage content calendars and content distribution schedules.
• Develop conversion-focused messaging for ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media.
Analytics & Reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards for campaign tracking and reporting.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Track lead quality, conversion performance, and marketing ROI.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Performance Marketing and Media Buying.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Analytics tools.
• Experience creating AI-generated content, videos, and Reels.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels and lead generation strategies.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and landing page optimization.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
