Job Description
Job Summary • The Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
• The role oversees marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, manages the organization's brand positioning, and ensures alignment between marketing activities and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create annual and quarterly marketing plans and budgets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Monitor industry developments and recommend innovative marketing initiatives.
Brand Management:
• Drive brand positioning, visibility, and reputation management.
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communication channels.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and marketing materials.
• Manage corporate communications and public relations activities.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and online advertising platforms.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
• Manage website content and digital presence.
• Oversee content creation, including blogs, newsletters, videos, and promotional materials.
Lead Generation & Business Growth:
• Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate and nurture qualified leads.
• Implement marketing automation and customer engagement initiatives.
• Track and report on lead generation and conversion metrics.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors, agencies, and partners.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
• Present marketing performance reports and recommendations to management.
KPIs
• Growth in brand awareness and market visibility.
• Lead generation and conversion rates.
• Customer acquisition and retention rates.
• Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
• Website traffic and engagement metrics.

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of B.Sc. / HND qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Marketing Analytics are an added advantage.
• 5-8 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and budgets.
