Position: Sales Representative

Location: Sango Ota

Salary: 150k - 200k A paper industry sales representative drives revenue by selling wholesale paper, packaging materials, and technical paper solutions to businesses, retailers, and organizations. They are responsible for generating leads, negotiating contracts, managing client accounts, and collaborating with logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
Core Responsibilities

· Sales Generation: Prospect for new clients across industries, including publishers, schools, and wholesale distributors, to drive volume and hit sales quotas.

· Client Consultation: Present paper product options, explain technical specifications (e.g., basis weight, brightness), and provide product samples.

· Account Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients; process orders and handle any complaints or product issues.

· Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies.

· Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

· Administrative Duties: Prepare sales forecasts, maintain customer records, and manage expense reports.

Qualifications & Skills

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a high school diploma with significant sales experience is also accepted.

· Experience: 2 to 5 years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably within the paper, packaging, or manufacturing industry.

· Technical Knowledge: Understanding of different paper types, grades, and industrial packaging solutions.

· Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

· Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Sales Volume vs. Target: Monthly or quarterly volume sold measured against set quotas.

· New Client Acquisition: Number of new business accounts onboarded per quarter.

· Account Retention Rate: Percentage of existing clients who continue to place recurring orders.

· Sales Revenue: Total gross profit generated from assigned territories.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
