CHILUCK INVESTMENT is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to support the company's workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Job Summary
The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, employee records, onboarding, performance management support, staff welfare initiatives, and HR administration. The successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of modern HR practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Support workforce planning and staffing initiatives.
Employee Relations & Engagement
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and workplace concerns.
• Support the implementation of employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary processes when required.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee experience.
Performance Management
• Support the implementation of performance appraisal processes.
• Track employee performance reviews and development plans.
• Assist managers in setting and monitoring employee KPIs and objectives.
• Support learning and development initiatives.
HR Administration
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
• Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters, disciplinary notices, and other HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
• Ensure HR databases are updated and properly maintained.
Policy Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare periodic HR reports and workforce analytics.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
RequirementsEducation
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Experience
• Minimum of 2–4 years experience in Human Resources or Administrative Management.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration is required.
• Experience within the real estate, professional services, or corporate sector will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
