RequirementsThe right candidate will likely have:7–12 years of marketing experience across both digital and traditional channelsProven track record of multi-channel campaigns with measurable commercial outcomesStrong digital marketing depth – Meta, Google, LinkedIn, programmatic, SEO/SEM, CRM automationExperience interacting with C-suite executivesAbility to step in for the VP where required – confident engaging internal and external stakeholdersProfessional maturity and leadership presenceStructured execution capability – plans, budgets, dashboards, reportingBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Marketing & Brand LeadershipDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy for WTC AbujaElevate brand positioning to align with global real estate and trade service standardsLead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and performance reviewsDigital Marketing & Performance ManagementOversee campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic channelsBuild data-driven digital funnels for lead generation, membership acquisition, leasing, and eventsManage website optimization, SEO/SEM performance, analytics, and content architectureTraditional & Corporate MarketingLead development of brochures, print ads, outdoor campaigns, corporate communications, and event marketingPartner with media agencies and vendors for ATL and BTL campaignsOversee corporate collateral including investment/pitch decks and executive-level presentationsContent, Communications & PROwn content strategy across social, digital, print, events, and stakeholder communicationsManage press engagement, talking points, crisis communications, and brand reputationDrive storytelling that reinforces WTC Abuja's premium positioningCustomer & Market IntelligenceConduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentationTranslate insights into actionable recommendations for sales and executive leadershipMonitor industry trends (real estate, memberships, trade services, events) to ensure competitivenessSales EnablementWork closely with Sales, Trade Services, and Operations to ensure marketing directly supports commercial objectivesDevelop toolkits and campaigns that drive measurable revenue outcomesTrain internal teams on brand standards, lead management, and campaign execution where requiredEvents & PartnershipsLead planning and execution of high-impact corporate events, trade delegations, business mixers, and industry conferencesBuild and manage partnerships with embassies, chambers of commerce, global trade bodies, and investment agenciesStrengthen WTC Abuja's positioning within global trade and business ecosystemsTeam Leadership & Vendor ManagementManage internal marketing staff and external vendors including designers, media agencies, digital consultants, and event partnersEnsure timely, high-quality delivery across all marketing outputsNegotiate vendor contracts and monitor performance against agreed deliverables
