Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Process staff reimbursements and other financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory obligations.
• Prepare payroll-related financial records as required.
• Calculate, verify, and process sales commissions based on approved company policies.
• Maintain accurate commission schedules and records for all sales personnel.
• Resolve commission-related inquiries and discrepancies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Generate management reports and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience calculating sales commissions and incentives is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
