About the Opportunity
We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing & Social Media Lead to lead the digital growth and campaign marketing strategy for our flagship innovation initiative, the Problems In Pictures (PiP) Challenge.
This role goes beyond social media management. We are looking for a marketer who can generate measurable business outcomes, increase brand visibility, drive admissions enquiries, build engaged online communities, and position our school as a leading institution for nurturing Thinkers, Creators, and Changemakers.
The successful candidate will transform the PiP Challenge into a powerful storytelling and enrollment-generation campaign while helping strengthen our overall brand presence.
What You Will Be Responsible ForGrowth & Lead Generation
• Design and execute digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified admissions enquiries.
• Create lead-generation funnels that convert interest into school tours, consultations, and admissions conversations.
• Develop and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion pathways.
• Support admissions growth through strategic nurturing campaigns and retargeting initiatives.
• Drive registrations for school tours, open days, and PiP Challenge showcase events.
Social Media Growth
• Grow and manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant digital platforms.
• Increase audience reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.
• Build a highly engaged online community of parents, educators, and supporters.
• Monitor social media trends and leverage them for growth opportunities.
Content Strategy & Storytelling
• Develop compelling storytelling campaigns that showcase learner innovation, creativity, and impact.
• Create content that positions the school as future-focused, innovative, and learner-centred.
• Produce and coordinate short-form video content, reels, interviews, testimonials, and campaign stories.
• Create content calendars aligned with campaign objectives and enrollment goals.
Campaign Management
• Lead the promotion and visibility of the Problems In Pictures (PiP) Challenge.
• Execute integrated digital campaigns from awareness through conversion.
• Coordinate community participation initiatives, parent engagement campaigns, and voting activities.
• Ensure campaign milestones are achieved on schedule.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
• Track campaign performance across all platforms.
• Analyze audience behaviour, engagement trends, and conversion data.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Make data-driven recommendations to improve results and maximize ROI.
Success Metrics
At the end of the engagement, success will be measured by your ability to contribute to:
• 100+ qualified admissions enquiries generated
• Strong growth across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Significant increases in reach, impressions, and video views
• Increased school tour and open-day registrations
• Higher parent engagement and community participation
• Improved brand awareness and market positioning
