Role Description The Administrative/Human Resource Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos State, Nigeria. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day office administration, including correspondence, document management, scheduling, and record keeping.

The role also supports human resources activities such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting with performance and leave management. The officer will help implement HR policies, support payroll and benefits administration, and ensure compliance with company procedures and local labor regulations. The position involves regular collaboration with management and project teams, providing administrative support for meetings, reports, and internal communications to keep operations running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling, filing, documentation, and records management.

• Human resources knowledge covering recruitment support, onboarding, employee documentation, and basic HR policy implementation.

• Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite or Google Workspace) and ability to work with HR or administrative information systems.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, management, and external partners.

• Attention to detail, reliability in handling confidential information, and a high level of integrity and professionalism.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating within a team-oriented environment.

• Previous experience in administration and/or human resources, preferably within real estate, construction, or a related industry, is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field is preferred.
