Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Position located in Uyo. The Marketing professional will be responsible for prospecting new clients, conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, meet and exceed given targets, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks include meeting new prospects and converting them to customers, creating marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, engaging with customers, and promoting the company's real estate services and properties.
Qualifications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in market research and marketing strategy development
• Experience in sales and driving marketing initiatives
• Ability to meet and exceed given targets
• Generate quality leads
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
