Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦900,000 Net

About the Role

A fast-growing organization within the hospitality, entertainment, and lifestyle sector is seeking a commercially focused Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, strengthen brand awareness, expand market presence, and develop strategic partnerships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing initiatives that increase customer acquisition, improve brand visibility, and generate measurable business results across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

• Drive corporate sales, reservations, events, partnerships, and business development activities.

• Lead digital marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and brand awareness programs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

• Identify new business opportunities, revenue streams, and market expansion strategies.

• Monitor campaign effectiveness, sales performance, and return on investment (ROI).

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

• Prepare and present commercial performance reports and growth recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and maximize revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a similar commercial role.

• Experience within hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle, retail, or FMCG sectors is highly desirable.

• Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and sales targets.

• Sound understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition strategies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
