• Prepare and consolidate financial statements
• Manage group budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Support audit processes and internal controls
• Collaborate with and provide leadership for business units on financial matters.
Requirements:
• Professional accounting qualification (ICAN, ANAN, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 4 years in accounting, with experience in financial reporting and consolidation
• Experience in a hospitality group or multinational setting is a plus
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
• Knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards (Nigeria)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Between 35 and 45 years old
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Able to communicate with clarity, both verbally and in writing
• Able to maintain the principles confidentiality
• Able to meet deadlines
• Mentally and physically able to manage pressure
