Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Process payroll and manage tax filings (e.g., VAT, income tax)
• Support internal and external audits
• Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience (adjust based on role level)
• Professional certification, such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA, is preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (e.g., IFRS or GAAP)
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and tax preparation
• Knowledge of local tax laws and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
