We are currently focused on growing our presence across Nigeria and we are looking for a Sales Strategist / Growth Manager to help us drive revenue growth and scale our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Manage and optimize the full sales funnel from lead generation to conversion and repeat sales
• Track, analyze, and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Identify and target high-value customer segments within Nigeria
• Build and manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns, offers, and promotions
• Monitor key performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, and churn
• Conduct competitor and market research within the Nigerian skincare space

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, CAC, LTV, churn, and conversion metrics
• Experience using CRM tools
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and execution skills
• Proven ability to design and implement effective sales growth strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and product teams
